We infuse many of our creations with local, seasonal flavours that Head Chocolatier Emily personally sources from flora in her local area as an homage to the place she loves so much.

  • Sweet woodruff

    Vanilla, cardamom, and cinnamon notes swirl together to create a balanced flavour that’s warm and toasty.

  • Pineappleweed

    Also known as wild chamomile, pineappleweed blends this gentle, mellow taste with a light fruitiness and a touch of bitterness.

  • Magnolia flower

    Sweet and spicy, this delicate flower adds a light hit of ginger without being too overpowering. 

  • Borage

    Borage is a small, lacy blue flower with a subtle, refreshing taste that’ll remind you of cucumber. 

  • Pansy

    These purple and yellow stunners add a mild minty flavour, with some saying they’re reminiscent of lettuce, wintergreen, and even bubblegum! 

  • Begonia

    Begonia, or red dragon wing, has a surprising flavour – think citrusy and a little bit sour! 

  • Marigold

    Slightly bitter (but perfectly sweet when paired with chocolate!), marigold is zesty and might conjure up comparisons to your favourite citrus fruit. 

  • Pea Blossom

    The pea blossom, sometimes referred to as the butterfly pea, has a soft, creamy, and mildly sweet taste.

  • Our 54% dark chocolate bars are vegan! YaY! Although some flavour combinations may include dairy – be sure to check the ingredients listing on your chosen product for more information.

  • We recommend storing your Cocoa Beau truffles in the fridge, and your chocolate bars in a cool, dry place. Enjoy within 10 days.

  • We offer pick-up from Waterloo on Fridays between 2-4:30pm. Soon we will offer delivery within the Guelph, Kitchener, and Waterloo areas via Uber Eats. Our pick-up location is 401 Weber St N, Unit J, Waterloo N2J 3J2.

    We currently do not offer delivery during summer (June to September) to preserve the integrity of our products, however we’re working on a solution for this and hope to expand our delivery capabilities very soon!

  • Each Cocoa Beau product has its ingredients listed on the respective product page. If you’re placing a custom order for a cake or large batch of chocolates, please list your allergies when you get in touch.
