The Cocoa Beau story

Cocoa Beau was born out of a passion for delicious things.

Everything started when Emily, Cocoa Beau’s founder, started working at a chocolate and bake shop during her studies at Le Cordon Bleu. Here, she learned from a master chocolatier and learned how to craft everything sweet – and best of all, it taught her to be boundlessly creative.

Now, Emily is channeling that creativity into Cocoa Beau, a passion-project-turned-fully-fledged business delivering bespoke, small-batch chocolate products to the Ontario Tri-Cities Area and surrounds.

A note from Emily, Cocoa Beau Founder & Head Chocolatier

Hi, I’m Emily – the friendly face behind Cocoa Beau. Along with my greenhouse of indoor plants and my darling horse Cahill, chocolate and baking are a few of the things I love most.

I’m startlingly lucky to fill every day with carefully crafting things for people with a sweet tooth like you!

I’m also a trained French pastry chef. I received my Diploma in Baking and Pastry Arts at Algonquin College, before specialising with a Diplome De Patisserie from Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, Ontario. All this to say, I love baking and sweet things so much that I’ve immersed myself in studying them, twice!

Cocoa Beau is proudly based out of Kitchener, Ontario. We offer pick-up from our kitchen and delivery to nearby locations including Kitchener, Waterloo, and Guelph via Uber Eats.
