A note from Emily, Cocoa Beau Founder & Head Chocolatier
Hi, I’m Emily – the founder and fearless chocolatier behind Cocoa Beau. I’ve always loved a little something sweet, and while I was studying at Le Cordon Bleu in Ottawa, I landed a tasty job at a local chocolate and bake shop.
This changed my career trajectory forever: I realized my passion for creating beautiful, artisanal, and most importantly, flavourful, sweet treats that bring people together.
